how the Mental Capacity Act 2005 and its Code of practice apply to adult social care
what should happen if a person might lack mental capacity to take key decisions over their care and treatment
how should decisions be taken if a person does lack mental capacity to take those decisions
how to take a decision that is in a person’s “best interests”
