Supporting People with Learning Disabilities and Autism

This course provides health and social care staff in England with a practical, person-centred understanding of how to support people with a learning disability and autistic people. It focuses on rights, communication, reasonable adjustments, health inequalities, sensory needs, distress, consent, safeguarding, and everyday good practice in adult social care and community settings.
